Death isn’t something most of us want to talk about or think about. And why would we?
But what we DO want is for our loved ones to be looked after when we’re gone.
And yet, nearly half of us don’t have a will or even a plan for our estate when we die. It’s something many just don’t get round to – despite knowing that we should.
We understand just how much people struggle with this topic because I am in the business of will writing and estate planning. Helping people to organise their estate in the quickest and easiest way possible is exactly what we do at Squiggle. All our advice comes with easy to understand terms and tailored, fixed fees, so clients know exactly how much their case will cost at each stage, for example a basic Will starts at £200. The process from start to finish is kept as simple and streamlined as possible. We meet with the client; choose the preferred option; draft documents for approval; sign, audit and register the final documents; and, if required, store the documents on behalf of the client.
As Estate Planning Consultants, we must follow the codes of conduct and service standards that are demanded of us. We ensure our clients have all the information available to them so they can consider every eventuality. Our job is to help our clients make the best decision for them and their loved ones.

Kieran began his career as a Business Relationship Manager with Lloyds Bank, but in 2017 was made redundant. He was headhunted by an accountancy firm to open a legal arm of their business and this triggered an interest in Estate Planning. He began to think about the bigger picture and started looking more closely at the gap in the market. It was clear to him there was a need for proactive legacy planning; a need for someone who could really talk to people about what their hopes were for their loved ones after they have gone.
In June 2017 he formed Squiggle, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of legal disciplines, however focusing mainly on Estate Planning. Throughout his career, he has developed a significant wealth of experience helping clients with a whole range of issues from wills and estates to complex tax planning for high net worth individuals, and financial advice through one of his many trusted partners.
Anna is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the charity industry, where she excelled as a Regional Manager. Her expertise lies in managing large teams across multiple regions, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards while driving operational efficiency. Known for her leadership and organisational skills, Anna has made significant contributions to the success and sustainability of the charitable initiatives she has overseen. Outside of her professional endeavours, Anna is a passionate singer, bringing joy and creativity into her life through music. Her adventurous spirit also reveals itself in her love for thrilling activities, always seeking the next exciting challenge. Anna's diverse interests and dynamic career make her a well-rounded individual with a zest for life and a commitment to making a difference.
Brandy was born in Scotland yet raised on the Isle of Wight, before settling down in Kent. Brandy has spent the previous 17 years working within the educational sector while raising her own family. During her time working within primary schools, Brandy trained as a Forest School leader where she developed a passion for the outdoors. This growing passion inspired many family holidays with her family, exploring the UK’s National Parks with her three dogs in tow. A career change has led brandy to Squiggle, where she has a keen desire to assist our clients in fulfilling their estate planning affairs
Jodie spent several years as an account manager and financial consultant within the Financial Services sector. She has a wealth of experience assisting clients on a day to day basis. After having a break to bring up her two children, she joined our close-knit team. Jodie is best placed to give clients advice and assistance in preparing their legacy Planning.
Tina's passion for helping others permeates every aspect of her work as an Estate Planning Consultant. She approaches her role with a deep sense of pride, viewing it not just as a profession but as a calling. It is this innate trait that she attributes to her remarkable ability to guide clients through the intricate process of crafting a comprehensive Legacy Plan for their loved ones. Tina's dedication shines through in her meticulous attention to detail and her unwavering commitment to ensuring that each client's wishes and aspirations are carefully translated into a structured and enduring legacy. Tina was born and lives in Kent, ‘The Garden of England’, and her greatest passion are her family and her dogs. She has enjoyed a very rewarding career over the years from teaching within a specialist behavioural unit in a secondary school, to caring for the elderly and infirm in their own homes with Social Services. Tina’s love of dogs eventually led her back to college to train as a dog groomer, where she became the owner of a very successful grooming salon and boarding kennels. Her career then took its current path when she retrained as an Estate Planning Consultant and joined our team.
Jake is a very passionate, focused and customer oriented individual with over 10 years of experience in client services in the UK and abroad. Jake's wider knowledge and vast experience of working closely with clients allows him to pay attention to client’s individual needs and tailor solutions which suit their individual circumstances the best and help the clients protect what’s most important to them and their families. Jake strongly believes his honest, transparent and impartial advice has been the key to his success in building a long lasting client relationship.
Louise has over 20 years of experience in Estate Planning, she has helped thousands of clients prepare their Wills or Power of Attorney over the years. Louise is patient & caring by nature so looking after your families affairs is something that comes easily to her.
Maria previously worked for 15years as a director overseeing the export of children's educational material around the globe. She has worked in and around Sevenoaks all her life and often travels around the south-east to see family and friends. Maria always has the client at the heart of everything she does, often forging great relationships with clients spanning several generations.
Charles joins us from a previous Estate Planning Role. Beyond legalities, Charles prioritises the well-being of his clients, making sure they have absolute peace of mind. Whilst also running another business in the Care sector, Charles strives to ensure the highest level of care whilst attempting to bring some Southern charm and personality.
Kirstie embarked on her professional journey in the commercial accounting sector, attaining expertise and qualification as an accountant. After several years, she pivoted towards a client-focused approach, collaborating with her husband to establish and manage a successful business in the plumbing industry. While overseeing the office operations and raising two children, Kirstie devoted a decade to building their venture. With nearly 15 years in finance, Kirstie recently transitioned to the field of Estate Planning, joining the Squiggle team in 2024. Her fervent commitment to client assistance aligns seamlessly with her role, reflecting a passion for contributing to the team's success.

David previously worked for a national building supplies company within a leadership role. Whilst carrying out this role David was able to accumulate a vast knowledge of finding solutions to client needs as well as numerous engagement and people skills. A career change has allowed David to use these many attributes to help individual clients in finding solutions towards establishing and protecting their life legacies for those that are special to them.
Jordan has previous paralegal experience, with a particular focus on commercial real estate. Prior to this, Jordan graduated from the University of Exeter in Devon. He believes in transparent, simple and understandable advice for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys going to to the gym as well as spending time with friends and family.
James is excited to begin his legal career with the team at Squiggle. He is a recent graduate in law from the University of Exeter, focussing his studies there on commercial and internet law. James believes that patience and attention to detail are the key to ensuring that clients keep their loved ones protected with their estate planning. In his free time James likes to read, spend time with family and playing video games with his friends
Chase comes to us from a customer fulfilment background. Working in an environment where accuracy, albeit in a different industry, was paramount to keeping customers happy, Chase joined us to utilise that skill to a more advance level. Chase's spare time involves attending the gym on a regular basis.
Tashmar, or as we know her "Tash", comes to Squiggle from a retail environment. Tash was keen to join Squiggle having experienced the whole process and seen how her family was treated following a family bereavement. Outside of work she enjoys art, music and chilling with friends and family
